At Predator Services, we do not offer refunds on purchases. If your PC isn’t ready to run our software, our team will gladly assist you with setup — including BIOS configuration and downgrading to a more stable OS version (such as 23H2). We also provide a support tool that automates most of the setup process.
However, if you confirm that your system is ready to run our software and it turns out that it isn’t, we unfortunately cannot replace or swap product keys. Please make sure your PC meets all requirements before purchase.
